Our community group is embarking on an exciting project to build a community facility at the Nelson Creek Reserve. This facility will include kitchen facilities, showers and bathrooms, and a laundry—everything you need to enjoy your stay here!
As you can imagine, this is a significant undertaking that requires substantial fundraising and the hard work of our dedicated volunteers. We aim to create a space that not only enhances your visit but also serves as a vital resource for our community in times of need. This facility will provide a safe haven during civil defense emergencies, offering essential services and a place for rural, isolated communities to connect and participate in social, recreational, and cultural activities.
